It may be my favourite of all!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is larger than the standard doll's house scale with the flower stand measuring approximately 31cm high.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI have personally handcrafted the market stall incorporating reclaimed vintage materials (striped awning made of antique silk, a glass-tiled counter, miniature antique wooden finials for the posts) to create a scene that is truly one of a kind.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe full scene will emerge as you unwrap each of the 25 gifts presented in their own handcrafted box which I have painted with a \"Marché aux Fleurs\" 'window' and decorated with original antique decoupage pieces. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt also comes with its own little booklet I created detailing the provenance of all the individual items along with my making process. This is one of only 2 of this year's Advent Calendars to have its own booklet. The other is The Poterie.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach one will come giftwrapped and numbered to open each day starting from 1 December (or however you choose to enjoy it). It will feel like a daily visit to a tiny French \"marché aux fleurs' and is really perfect for the spring season we are now in. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the end of your unboxing experience you will have your own richly detailed miniature vignette featuring an assortment of wonderful vessels (European porcelain vases, handwoven baskets) and everlasting flowers made from glass, vintage millinery materials and even tiny shells I gathered myself from my local beach.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse these photos as your styling guide if you wish!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe entire scene could live under a large glass cloche or inside a glass display cabinet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA truly memorable gift for a like-minded collector, who will enjoy savouring the surprise of opening a new find each day for nearly a whole month.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll the contents are photographed, but I deliberately resist detailing them here to enhance the surprise as I find most often these Advents are purchased for personal enjoyment.
